Elysium Studios is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy, and we will endeavour to collect as little data as necessary from our end users. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Name and E-mail

When you express interest in a game we’re working on or have published, or you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your first name and your e-mail address. We also collect your name and e-mail through contact forms, though we use end-to-end encrypted e-mail accounts in order to ensure the e-mail you send us isn’t easily hacked and/or decrypted.

Our mailing list is provided as a service to Elysium Studios by MailChimp.

Embedded content from other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.


We currently use Jetpack Analytics by Automattic. Jetpack is a third-party service and you can review their privacy practices here.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any time this policy is updated, we will endeavour to keep a history of the privacy policies. Since this is the first version of the privacy policy, we are still working on discovering a means that allows for a reliable storage of our privacy policy and we’ll endeavour to have it in place by the time we need to update this policy.
